We are seeking a results-driven Spa Manager to enforce operational standards and drive aggressive sales execution. You will lead from the floor, holding your team accountable for KPIs, membership conversions, and service excellence. If you are a high-autonomy professional with a proven track record of managing staff performance and hitting revenue targets, this role is your opportunity to lead a top-tier team in a high-demand environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
$55,000 base salary + monthly KPI bonuses up to $15,015 annually (total potential $70,015 for strong performers). Paid time off, 401K match, free monthly massage/facial, service/product discounts.
- Revenue & Growth: Drive membership conversions, upsell services, and increase revenue via smart scheduling, corporate promotions, and grassroots marketing. Analyze performance to identify opportunities to ensure consistent growth.
- Team Leadership: Directly oversee, train, and manage performance for all front-desk and service staff. Enforce company policies, conduct regular performance reviews, and maintain a culture of professional discipline and high productivity. You are responsible for ensuring every staff member meets their individual sales and retention metrics.
- Operations Excellence: Manage daily operations: client flow, inventory, scheduling, and compliance. Maintain a clean, efficient spa that delights guests, even during busy peaks.
- Client Experience: Deliver exceptional service, foster loyalty with personalized care, and resolve issues professionally.
- Clear Communication: Submit daily reports to owners for transparency.

- 3+ years of retail/spa management experience with a record of driving sales and managing team performance.
- Proven ability to hold staff accountable for sales goals and service metrics.
- Expertise in operational leadership: Managing POS/inventory systems, enforcing SOPs, and ensuring consistent high-level performance.
- Deep knowledge of massage and skincare benefits, with the drive to educate and convert clients.
- Resilience and a proactive, authoritative style. You do not avoid difficult conversations.

We are currently scaling our operations and require a decisive, hands-on leader to manage our growth, drive membership sales, and ensure every team member adheres to the standards that define our brand.
40+ hours/week: Standard schedule is 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Wednesday/Sunday off.
We provide an accelerated, hands-on handover process through April 15th to integrate you into our systems (Zenoti, Asana, Woven). This program includes technical training, role-playing, and operational shadowing. You will have access to existing SOPs and reference materials to ensure you are fully operational within your first week. Full in-spa presence is required from day one to ensure immediate leadership impact and team alignment
